- Before filling the application form, you need to find a faculty member who is willing to be your supervisor, and both of you should agree on a project title and research program. After that, you can fill out the online application form (below) and submit it. Then you will receive a copy of your responses through email. You should save this email as pdf and send it to your advisor. Your advisor should send the form (pdf) to us (mertan@metu.edu.tr) and add a statement to the email stating that he/she approves the form and its contents.
